Colon irrigation

Colon irrigation or colema, a new comer in the field of alternative therapy in India, is an accepted and popular , form of alternative therapy abroad. In fact, celebrities such as Late Princess Diana, John Lennon and Mae West have all patronized colon irrigation. Ever wondered why ?
The Colon is our body’s most neglected organ. Most people are not aware of its functions. When we eat , the small intestine absorbs the food required by the body, the rest is deposited in the colon or large intestine. Over the time , this waste gets stuck to the intestine’s walls and leads to flatulence and irregular bowel movements. In extreme cases , the result is cancer of the colon. To prevent this waste from accumulating, you need to maintain a well–disciplined bowel and keep the colon clean through colon irrigation.
There are certain conditions for “colon irrigation”. The First, it can only be conducted on an empty stomach, as advised by your physician/Doctor . One has to be on liquid diet from one day to four days depend upon the individual patients vitality . In the liquid diet normally fruit juice, vegetable soup, lemon and honey water twice or thrice a day plenty of fresh water drinking etc. Before colon irrigation one should take Mud Pack on the lower abdomen at least for 20 to 30 minutes so that intestine should get activated to remove toxic matter from the large intestine. The waste matter can be seen through the “Sight glass” fitted on the colon irrigation system.
Today “Colon irrigation” is accepted by the a number of naturopaths in India, such as the Banglore based Institute of Naturopathy and Yogic Science (INYS), Nature Cure Hospital, Siliguri and Ma Durga Prakritik and Yog Chikitsalay , Pattikalyana , Panipat (Haryana) and many more. The reason behind is that it gives very fast result specifically in the Digestive system disorder, Acidity, Jaundice, all type Skin diseases and chronic constipation etc.
Who should go for “Colon irrigation” ? Any body can go for colon irrigation normally for a healthy person it is advised three session in six months. It is just like internal body servicing. And for the diseased person as per the doctor’s advise it is given.
The waste accumulation in the large intestine is due to the wrong eating habits and food habits, for an example taking more flour (maida) product, Preserved and tin food, Non vegetarian food, Acidic nature of food, Fast food or Factory food we call it (F F).
Who considered the colon to be nothing more than a punctuation mark, because cancer of the colon is a deadly alliteration that routinely wipes out a significant number of people in the world. And colon irrigation , even if not an exciting therapy, has straightforward and profound message – to evolve in life , you have to get the shit out of your system.
